Delivery FAQ’s
How long will it take to process my order?
Our standard processing time for all orders is between 1-2 days.
You may now need to allow up to 3 days for orders to be processed.
Where do you ship from?
We aim to ship from our Australian warehouse in most cases, however sometimes we are run out of stock in our Aussie warehouse so we ship directly from our international warehouse to minimise shipping delays.
What is the delivery timeframe within Australia?
Shipping all around Australia takes anywhere between 5-10 business days.
How do I know if my order has been dispatched?
You will receive an Order Confirmation once you place your order, and another separate email containing your order tracking number.
You will be able to track the progress of your order through the 17track (this can sometimes take up to 4 hours to be searchable in their system).
How can I return or exchange?
